About Natalie Brain

Motivated by a deep belief that healthy leaders, teams and organizations result from continuously nurturing strength and connection, Natalie partners with leaders and teams to deepen leadership conversations around shared purpose, growth and potential.

Natalie’s immersive experiences in diverse contexts empower her to meet you and your team with empathy where you are. After growing up on three continents, her career has spanned management roles across seven business functions and eight industries on six continents - at high growth, Fortune 500 and start-up organizations. 

Emerging from those experiences, she recognized the central role intentionally cultivating leadership qualities and collaboration play in creating an environment where people can express their full potential. She has facilitated numerous leadership team meetings and hundreds of manager trainings globally. She delivered the award-winning leadership training at one of Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work" and a two-year leadership program at a global company. She coaches MBA students and alumni for the Berkeley Haas School of Business and was a full-time lecturer in applied positive psychology at the University of Melbourne in Australia. She was a mindfulness facilitator for Spirit Rock Meditation Center for six years.
