Founder & Facilitator
Natalie is a leadership development facilitator and executive coach. She delivered the award-winning leadership training at one of Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work” and facilitated a nine-month women’s leadership program at a global wine company. She coaches MBA students and alumni for the Berkeley Haas School of Business and was a full-time lecturer in applied positive psychology at the University of Melbourne in Australia. She has more than a decade of cross-functional management experience at world-class organizations and has worked/lived on six continents.
Natalie has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and an undergraduate degree in economics and business from UCLA. She is also a CPA.

Jessica brings a uniquely expansive approach to her work, operating at the intersection of strategy, culture shaper, and leadership development thought leader. Jessica architects unique interventions for organizations to thrive in the face of turbulence and uncertainty.
Jessica has worked in strategy/leadership/organizational development at Deloitte, Booz & Co., IBM, Nike, Victoria’s Secret, and VMware. She is currently Senior Director, Learning and Development, at Logitech. She received an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and master’s degrees in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Cornell University and Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania.
Hemalee Patel, MD is a practicing physician and Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine at Stanford University Hospital specializing in preventative medicine, specifically focused on resilience and mindfulness.
Hemalee's mission is to bring awareness to the effects stress, lack of exercise and poor nutrition have on the body. She utilizes evidence-based methods and accessible practices to educate and empower individuals, enabling them to take control of their health and personal sense of well-being.
